For Parents Proposed Weekly Tuition Rates (third run)

PLEASE NOTE: Children dropped off or picked up at the center within 10 minutes of bus arrival will NOT be charged. For their safety, we encourage them to stand inside the entryway until they are picked up by the bus or by their parents.


There is a $165.00 one-time registration fee per child.  

There is an annual curriculum/supply fee of $200 charged annually on January 1st, or in 4 quarterly installments of $50 on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st. 


School-age students will be billed a $100 curriculum fee for summer care.


Drop-ins

Occasionally we have requests for drop-ins at our center. Keep in mind that all paperwork must be completed prior to leaving any child at Child of Grace. In order to serve your needs, you need to provide as much advance notice as possible.  Due to license restrictions. we may not be able to accommodate your child. 


Preschool Schedules


Payments

Pre-payment is expected. Advance payments of expected charges may be made. PayPal payments are promptly credited to accounts as they are received, every 1-2 business days. Checks and cash are credited every Friday and will show up in accordance with your bank. Invoices with weekly charges and payments are prepared and made available every week. Parents are expected to keep their accounts paid in advance. Anyone not having their bill paid in full by the following week will be charged a late payment fee of $15 weekly until their bill is paid. Families on county assistance must pay their co-pays and any overage in advance.  


A Late Fee of $1.00 per minute will be assessed for each minute after 6:00 P.M. you are late to pick up your child, and each minute exceeding the weekly maximum.
